Ege University The Ataturk Cultural Center was come into service 5th January in 1980. The center is the first cultural center of Izmir and it is important for Ege University and for Izmir. The center is an important facility for both scientific and artistic activities of Ege University and Izmir. The center has 2 big halls with 652 and 624 seats and theatre hall with 340 seats and large foyers with reception for 800 guests. There is an art gallery of 470 square meters where painting, ceramic and sculpture exhibitions can be made.
Adnan Saygun Hall
The hall preferred by balet, opera, and symphony orchestras is such due to its spectacular acoustics. This preferred hall contains 624 seats. The widest scene of the center is in this hall. In addition to congresses, company meetings, conferences, panels and interviews, it is also possible to make stand up shows professionally.
Yunus Emre Hall
Yunus Emre Hall 652 with fixed seat. The hall which has a professional equipment, you can perform all kinds of activities from congresses to theaters and concerts from dance shows to company meetings.
The Theatre Hall has a 340 seats. In this hall you can also carry out any kind of organization that can be realized in all other halls.
